Every now and then I’m going to write a “So Far” type entry where I round up everything I’ve talked about recently. This is the first. As you read through the posts, remember this — technology serves PR, and the IT department is there to serve your needs and the needs of your business. If you decide you want to try using something new at work, I definitely recommend talking to your IT department first. But don’t take “no” for an answer!
